Design and deliver high-performing creative assets for paid search, social, and display campaigns while managing testing frameworks. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to optimize creative performance based on data-driven insights and platform-specific technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and deliver creative for paid search, paid social, native and programmatic display ads
• Develop creative variations and testing frameworks to support rapid A/B experimentation
• Produce motion assets for social and programmatic placements
• Build and maintain creative templates and platform-specific spec guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person, University or College
• 5+ years of experience designing performance marketing, growth, or direct response advertising
• Strong visual design fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to translate a KPI or performance insight into a new creative execution
