Manager - Regional Design Engineering - AV and Media

The Manager of Regional Design Engineering leads and develops the regional project engineering team while ensuring alignment with sales, operations, and PMO goals. They are accountable for the engineering quality, profitability, and resource management of a large portfolio of workplace projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other regional leaders
- Directly manage regional project engineering team
- Lead, inspire, and mentor associates
- Motivating and directing the team to achieve clients' goals
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training resources
- Track performance of teams to drive utilization, efficiency, quality, savings and added profit
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration and design
- Associate/Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of management or team lead experience
- Knowledge of AVoIP, enterprise-level networking design and configuration
- Knowledge of UC, collaboration and cloud platforms
- Competent in Agile and Scrum methodologies
