Graphic Designer

You will work closely with the founding designer and CEO to scale the brand image across various surfaces including digital, print, and physical merchandise. You will also collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless design-developer handoff and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Scale brand designs and maintain a consistent brand image
• Work across various surfaces, including booth designs, digital, coffee cups, merch, and motion graphics
• Create static and animated designs, including product mockups and motion graphics
• Work with engineers and understand the tech stack
• Defend designs and be mindful of implementation cost
• Ship work across mediums, including web, desktop, and mobile

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at a scaling startup
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically After Effects, Jitter, Flutter, and Rive
• Experience with Figma, Framer, and CMS management
• High ownership and ability to work independently
• Engineer-friendly and able to work with engineers
• High empathy and ability to understand the end user
• Meticulous but pragmatic and able to prioritize speed and product over perfection
