The Senior UX Researcher leads the UX research strategy and team understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. They are responsible for gathering customer insights, mentoring junior researchers, and collaborating with design teams to iterate on product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX research strategy for a business or product line
- Gather and evaluate customer use cases
- Maintain close links with UX designers
- Share research findings with the organization
- Collaborate with designers to iterate and test solutions
- Analyze results of research to recommend solutions
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in UX research
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design subject
- Expertise in UX research methodologies
- Ability to lead and mentor junior researchers
Benefits
- Base pay range: $100,100 - $166,800
