Manager - Regional Design Engineering - AV and Media

The Manager of Regional Design Engineering leads and develops the regional project engineering team while ensuring project quality and profitability across the Media and Workplace business units. This role involves collaborating with sales and PMO teams to align engineering resources with client needs and driving continuous improvement in design standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other regional leaders
- Align with Sales, Operational, and PMO teams on Enterprise program support
- Directly manage regional project engineering team
- Lead, inspire, and mentor associates
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training resources
- Track performance of teams to drive utilization, efficiency, quality, savings, and added profit
- Contribute to the design of engineering and program standards and processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration and design
- Associate/Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of management or team lead experience
- Knowledge of AVoIP, enterprise-level networking design and configuration
- Knowledge of UC, collaboration and cloud platforms
- Competent in Agile and Scrum methodologies
