- Lead and develop regional project engineering associates
- Ensure the project engineering team is aligned with the needs of clients
- Collaborate with regional sales, operations, and PMO teams
- Directly manage regional project engineering team
- Lead, inspire, and mentor associates
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration and design
- Associate/Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of management or team lead experience
- Knowledge of AVoIP, enterprise-level networking design and configuration
- Knowledge of UC, collaboration and cloud platforms
