Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-impact branded communications, including RFP submissions, presentations, and marketing collateral. They will collaborate with departmental teams to ensure brand consistency while developing innovative visual solutions for sales and client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Work with departmental teams to develop collateral that supports pre- and post-sales deliverables
- Design and layout formal RFP submissions, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Create engaging, polished, and brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations
- Develop custom designs for revenue-generating deliverables that fulfill the needs and expectations of producers and clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits design and production
- Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Professionally trained and proficient in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience creating and working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets
