Senior Web & UX Designer

Design and build high-quality, conversion-focused marketing web experiences while evolving the brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive user interfaces using modern AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences for FunctionHealth.com and related digital touchpoints, from concept through final execution
- Translate brand, content, and business goals into clear UX flows, page structures, and polished interfaces
- Create thoughtful interaction patterns and web experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion
- Ensure all work meets accessibility standards and is optimized for responsive performance across devices
- Conduct usability reviews and incorporate user feedback and performance data to continuously improve web experiences
- Use vibe coding and AI-assisted workflows to help create production code for the marketing site, not just concepts or prototypes
- Partner closely with engineering and marketing stakeholders to move ideas from Figma to launch with speed and quality
- Leverage Figma MCP connections to accelerate component creation, refinement, and design-to-code workflows
- Contribute directly to the build quality of the site through a strong understanding of how modern web components are structured, styled, and maintained
Requirements
- 5–8+ years designing marketing websites or growth-focused web experiences
- Strong portfolio showing live, shipped web work (not just concepts)
- High level of UX + visual design craft (clean, conversion-minded, user-first)
- Comfortable working from Figma → production and partnering closely with engineers
- Experience with AI-assisted design/dev workflows (e.g. Figma, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or similar)
- Strong understanding of responsive design + basic front-end realities
- Experience working in fast-moving, collaborative environments
