You will lead end-to-end UX design for both mobile EV driver applications and a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will also co-own the mobile design system, collaborating with product managers and engineers to build intuitive, accessible, and cohesive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX for EV driver mobile apps (iOS, Android) and the complex B2B web platform
- Shape the visual language and interaction patterns across both surfaces, ensuring a cohesive experience
- Co-own the mobile layer of the design system, including patterns, components, tokens, and guidelines
- Build production-ready components inside the emerging design system
- Partner with product managers on user scenarios, stories, and priorities, shaping what gets built
- Work with engineers and QA teams through implementation, providing guidance as designs are built
- Prototype across the fidelity spectrum, from quick sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity interactive flows
- Iterate based on user feedback, testing results, and post-launch insights
- Advocate for accessibility, pushing the team to prioritize accessible features and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience covering both mobile apps and complex B2B web applications
- Deep design systems work, having contributed to or co-owned component libraries, tokens, and documentation
- Figma expert, with skills in auto-layout, prototyping, variables, components, wireframing, and developer handoff
- Strong user-centered design foundation, with knowledge of research methods, standard UCD processes, and translating insights into intuitive experiences
- Systems thinking, with the ability to see a project's larger ecosystem and focus on solutions that improve entire user flows
- Self-driven, self-correcting, and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills
