You will conduct product discovery and user research to transform insights into actionable design solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and evolve the company's design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery processes to deeply understand the context of use
- Map hypotheses, problems, and opportunities for product improvement
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and users
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, transforming information into actionable insights aligned with product objectives
- Create and validate user-centered solutions, prototyping at different levels of fidelity
- Document learnings and decisions throughout the process
- Ensure consistency of interfaces and alignment with the Blip brand
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, working with design standards and componentization
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, incorporating continuous feedback and contributing to team growth
Requirements
- Solid experience in digital product design
- Consistent portfolio demonstrating work in different product cycle stages
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Mastery of Figma and prototyping (low, medium, and high fidelity)
- Knowledge of user research and product metrics
- Experience with usability testing and facilitation of dynamics
- Advanced English
