Graphic Designer ( Hybrid- Barcelona)

You will produce visual assets across three brands, including website graphics, social posts, ad creative, and sales collateral. You are responsible for maintaining brand consistency and supporting the commercial team with high-quality pitch decks and event materials.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day design output: social posts, ad creative, blog headers, email graphics, landing page assets, sales one-pagers, event collateral
- Brand systems: keeping three distinct brand identities coherent across every touchpoint
- Pitch decks and sales materials: the commercial teams pitch clients every week
- Event and field assets: booth graphics, banners, giveaways, signage, and anything else we bring to trade shows, conferences, and client events throughout the year
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio across brand, digital, social, and print work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfort working across multiple brand identities at once without losing consistency
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly
