You will design end-to-end solutions for strategic initiatives, translating complex business problems into scalable digital products. You will act as a functional lead to ensure consistency across the internal ecosystem while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions end-to-end for strategic initiatives, from discovery to validation, handoff, and iteration
- Translate complex business and operational problems into useful, clear, viable, and scalable solutions
- Design experiences for internal products of high complexity, directed at diverse profiles in the value chain
- Explore and incorporate new forms of work supported by artificial intelligence to accelerate and improve design work
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer UX/UI at a senior level
- Experience designing digital products end-to-end, from detection of opportunities to delivery and evolution of the solution
- Dominion of Figma and FigJam
- Habitual use of artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable or v0
- Leadership, influencing, and elevating the level of the team from criterion and collaboration
