You will drive the design process from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly experiences. Additionally, you will use data, research, and experimentation to measure impact and iterate on product features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within cross-functional product teams (design, product, engineering, research) to define problems and shape effective solutions
- Contribute to continuous discovery through research, insight gathering and experimentation
- Design and deliver high-quality user experiences - from concept through to production-ready UI
- Measure the impact of released features and iterate based on user feedback, behavioural data and business outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products in an agile environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clear product thinking
- Relevant qualification in UX/UI, Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience
- Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, prototyping, delivery, usability testing)
- Comfortable working with insights, analytics and experimentation
