Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including white papers, reports, and social media content. They will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure all designs align with VALD's brand identity and communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphic design projects from concept to completion
• Execute graphic design projects from concept through to finished assets, with guidance from senior designers when needed
• Work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to turn messaging and ideas into engaging visual content
• Design and produce short and long format documents such as white papers, professional reports, presentations and other editorial style assets, with strong focus on layout, hierarchy and readability
• Lead document set-up and layout using Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency, structure and brand alignment across complex, multi-page documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Adobe InDesign used as the primary software for document setup and layout
• Experience designing short- and long-form documents, including white papers, reports or other professional publications
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with clear examples of document layout, editorial design or professional report work strongly encouraged
