The UI/UX designer will create user-friendly website interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes while maintaining design systems in Figma. They will also conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design performance and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly website interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams across different regions
- Ensure design consistency by maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components in Figma
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices
- Incorporate data and analytics insights to continuously improve UX and conversion performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for websites
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
- Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
