Senior Product Designer, Member App
9amhealth Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
You will own the end-to-end design of the member-facing application, including flows, interaction patterns, and the visual system. You will collaborate with product squads and clinicians to ensure design decisions improve both member experience and clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the member app end-to-end
- Move from idea to working prototype in hours rather than sprints
- Stay close to members and run research to understand what's working and where they're dropping off
- Build and maintain the design system
- Partner closely with clinicians, coaches, and care coordinators
Requirements
- A designer who has owned a consumer product end to end
- Fluency with modern design tooling, including AI-assisted tools
- Ability to run research and turn it into decisions
- Comfortable designing in ambiguity
- Strong written communication
