You will design intuitive and safe digital and physical experiences for vehicle manufacturing environments, focusing on plant-floor workflows and human-robot collaboration. The role involves partnering with engineers and frontline workers to improve productivity and decision-making through hands-on design and user research.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design intuitive and efficient experiences
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Design user interfaces for tools used on the plant floor
- Conduct deep user research to inform design decisions
- Work with engineers to integrate design solutions into existing systems
- Design experiences that improve productivity, human-robot collaboration, and decision-making
Requirements
- UX design experience, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments
- User research experience, with a focus on understanding user needs and behaviors
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of human-robot collaboration and autonomous systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
