The Junior UX Designer will assist with user research, usability testing, and the creation of wireframes and prototypes for core products. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to maintain design consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with user interviews, data analytics and usability tests to gather insights
- Contribute to define user flows, create journey maps and articulate customer requirements to inform on design decisions
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows and low to mid fidelity prototypes
- Support the high-fidelity design of new experiences and the optimisation of existing ones
- Help to maintain quality and consistency across design systems and components
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) in Agile delivery environments
Requirements
- Degree or relevant UX design experience, and or further UX related qualifications
- Good understanding of Figma and basic AI tools
- A portfolio which demonstrates a user centred design process and outcomes
- Understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture and accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Ability to present design decisions and document research insights
