(Senior) Product Designer (all genders)

You will design intuitive, user-centered solutions for hospital workflows by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and medical professionals. Your role involves creating prototypes, conducting UX research, and maintaining design systems to ensure high-quality software experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric solutions that balance user needs, medical requirements, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Create Figma prototypes, intuitive user flows, and high-fidelity screens to communicate, validate, and refine ideas
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and medical professionals to iterate and deliver high-quality software experiences
- Contribute to design systems and Storybook to ensure consistency, scalability, and feasibility
- Formulate hypotheses and design user interviews, usability tests, and occasional on-site research to generate actionable insights and validate design decisions
Requirements
- Degree in design, human–computer interaction, communication sciences, information design, or a comparable field
- 2+ years of product design experience in a complex B2B software environment
- Proficiency with modern design tools (especially Figma) and high-fidelity prototyping
- Strong command of UX principles and testing methods
- Experience working with and contributing to tokenized design systems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and their practical application in digital interfaces
- Fluency in German and English
