Product Designer

The role involves designing and developing new, innovative products for the residential sector while supporting existing product portfolios and tooling assets. The holder will also collaborate with procurement and sustainability teams to optimize materials and meet carbon reduction targets.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of new products
- Evaluation of products through prototyping and testing
- Working with Category Managers to support Category Road Maps
- Benchmarking and awareness of current and competitor products
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Understanding of external standards and accreditations
- Strong conceptual and detailed design skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
