Staff Engineer, Digital Design Engineering

The Staff Engineer will own the development of specifications, micro-architecture, and RTL design for digital modules while providing technical and managerial leadership to the design team. They will also collaborate with verification and physical design teams to ensure timing closure and support post-silicon debug activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing the specification, micro architecture, and RTL design of modules
• Providing technical and managerial leadership to digital design engineers
• Guiding junior design engineers working on development of timing constraints, lint checks, synthesis, and static-timing-analysis
• Collaborating with verification and PD teams for coverage and timing closure

Requirements

• Minimum BTech/BE degree in Electrical/Electronics
• 10+ years of solid digital logic design experience
• Strong hands-on RTL coding experience and debugging skills
• Experience with Lint, CDC, formal equivalence, ECO flows, and scripting
