You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and prototype user experiences for Stripe's global dashboard and checkout surfaces. Additionally, you will conduct user research and iterate on designs to solve complex user needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce high-quality designs to solve user needs
- Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy partners to define a north star and product experience for new features
- Prototype user experiences for user research testing and internal communication
- Collaborate with teams across Stripe to craft a seamless dashboard user experience
- Conduct user research to test design decisions before shipping
- Collaborate with design systems teams to leverage and improve templates and components
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant design experience
- Strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work
- Experience in prototyping at a high fidelity using the latest AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
