Senior Product Designer, Rider Incentives
Bolt Technology 🇪🇪 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia
You will own and evolve the incentives and Bolt Plus experience across rider and driver apps to ensure clear and motivating user journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and growth to translate complex business logic into intuitive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the incentives and Bolt Plus experience across the rider and driver apps
- Turn complex campaign, engagement, and subscription flow into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Partner closely with Incentives, Bolt Plus, Pricing, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs
- Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution
- Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity
- Ensure consistency across surfaces, including home, pricing, order flow, in-ride, and post-ride states, for both riders and drivers
Requirements
- Experience in designing complex, two-sided systems
- Fluent in English
- Strong UI craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate design vision through storytelling
- Experience with AI tools
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
