Graphic Designer

The role involves preparing and verifying artwork files for production while assisting with the operation of print shop equipment like DTF printers and digital presses. You will also support the team by maintaining workflow organization and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Use Canva, Adobe tools, or similar software to adjust and prep artwork
- Check files for print accuracy (size, resolution, placement, colors)
- Assist with DTF printing, digital press operation, and heat pressing
- Help with bindery work (cutting, folding, finishing jobs)
- Support the team to ensure jobs are completed on time and correctly
- Maintain organization of job tickets and workflow
Requirements
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic design software
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced shop
- Willing to learn equipment (DTF, heat press, digital press, bindery)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Design or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role is preferred
- A strong portfolio of published works
- Skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and other design software
- Highly creative with an eye for detail
