You will design web interfaces and landing pages to optimize conversion rates while maintaining the company's design system in Figma. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and development teams to ensure visual consistency and technical implementation across digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Design web interfaces ensuring visual coherence, usability, and results-oriented
- Maintain and evolve the Design System in Figma, creating scalable and reusable components
- Design and maintain landing pages aligned with paid media strategy
- Support the CRO experimentation roadmap, designing variants for A/B tests
- Prepare optimized designs for implementation in personalization tools like Dynamic Yield
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design with a focus on ecommerce and conversion
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, and design systems
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with IA tools applied to design flow
- Experience in maintaining or building a Design System
