Graphic Designer (Mid-Senior)

You will be responsible for creating high-performing, visually compelling ad creatives that resonate with the brand's audience. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to analyze performance metrics and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling ad creatives tailored for digital platforms and BURGA's core audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze ad performance and iterate designs based on data-driven insights
• Optimize creatives based on feedback, testing results, and performance metrics
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and tone of voice
• Maintain consistency and high quality across all marketing materials
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising space
• Conduct research to better understand the competitive landscape and emerging trends
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative strategy team to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Apply a strong sense of aesthetics to daily tasks, consistently elevating visual output

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative and performance-driven design work
• Interest in fashion and visual trends, with an understanding of style-conscious audiences
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• A proactive, initiative-driven team player
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design workflows
