You will conceptualize and craft engaging digital experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives. Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and maintain design systems to ensure high-quality, functional product interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, and determine product design requirements
- Conceptualize visuals and user experiences based on requirements
- Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and engineers to produce final designs
- Participate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Define acceptable success criteria/metric of product design, and conduct effective usability testing to measure
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with product-brand guidelines
- Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design, mobile app, mobile web, desktop web
- Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and user-centered methodologies
- Strong experience with MUI design system, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator
- Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
