You will drive the end-to-end design lifecycle for web experiences across multiple brands, collaborating with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems. Additionally, you will contribute to and evolve the company's design systems to ensure scalable, consistent, and efficient product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full design lifecycle, from early-stage exploration and concept development to final hand-off and implementation
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, translate business goals into design solutions, and ensure technical feasibility
- Leverage the company's robust design system to move directly from concept to high-fidelity execution
- Use data, user research, and performance metrics to continuously refine the product
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Portfolio that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex problems with strong visual craft
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional environments
- Technical proficiency in Figma and scalable design practices
