The Lead Product Designer will identify user touchpoints and conduct usability testing to ensure optimal product experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes and iterate on core UX design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints/interactions through various journeys
- Conduct remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with the optimum experience
- Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Collaborate with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers and project managers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
