You will embed within client squads as a senior design voice to drive outcomes using generative AI and agentic methodologies. Additionally, you will mentor team members, contribute to internal design capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex product problems.
Responsibilities
- Embed within client squads as a senior design voice, bringing outside perspective and industry experience to drive outcomes inside cross-functional teams
- Apply generative AI and agentic methodologies as a core part of daily design practice
- Collaborate with and guide team members to frame and solve hard problems, deliberately creating space for them to deliver exceptional results
- Define the approach, plan the work, and select the right methods to deliver actionable outcomes within a cross-functional team
- Proactively communicate design ideas and decisions to delivery teams and clients, opening them up for further exploration
Requirements
- Consulting and embedded delivery experience
- Daily generative AI practice
