Associate Product Designer

The Associate Product Designer supports the design and user experience of digital products by creating intuitive interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for translating requirements into wireframes and prototypes while maintaining design systems and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Translate requirements from product managers and stakeholders into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet user experience standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Support the creation and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and style guides
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills to explain design decisions clearly
