The Senior UX/UI Designer will influence the design strategy and roadmap to position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience. They will facilitate a culture of design excellence while translating complex financial and regulatory requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap to position HSBC at the forefront of customer experience design
- Elevate design quality and practice, championing design thinking and facilitating a culture of excellence and accountability
- Ensure the highest standard of craft, clarity, and creativity across user experience, user interface, and user experience writing
- Translate complex financial services and regulatory requirements into simple, engaging, and trustworthy digital experiences
- Conduct research and apply data and insights to inform, evaluate, and validate customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products and services
- Strong portfolio showcasing world-class product design
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and core UX disciplines
- Experience in complex, regulated environments
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with the ability to build trust across geographies and in global contexts
