Design end-to-end financial application experiences, including credit, card, and transfer flows, while ensuring scalability and usability. Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams throughout the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences (web and mobile) from research to implementation
- Translate business problems and user needs into clear and usable solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers in discovery and delivery processes
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and surveys
- Create experiences based on metrics, with understanding of user feedback and continuous learning
- Ensure visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution using the design system
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer or UX-UI Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating design process
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
- Experience working with product and technology teams
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Maze, and data analysis programs
