The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for a web-first investment platform, from discovery to shipped UI. Responsibilities include creating user flows, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, accessible product.
Responsibilities
- Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for web and responsive mobile
- Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions
- Contributing to and maintaining a shared design system
- Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers
- Presenting design decisions to the product team
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial product design experience in a digital product environment
- 1+ year working in fintech, banking, payments, or another regulated industry
- Strong command of Figma
- Experience working within an existing design system
- Clear understanding of the Business Analyst role
