The UX Designer will lead design work at the project level, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain streamer-based community experiences. They are responsible for conducting research, presenting work to leadership, and mentoring junior designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional development team
  • Learn from streamers and viewers about their needs and desires
  • Think creatively about how to solve problems that will sustain streamers' communities
  • Give back to the design community by using and improving existing patterns and approaches

Requirements

  • 1+ years of design experience
  • 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with an emphasis on content discovery and/or content engagement experiences
  • Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills, including experience with prototyping mobile experiences
