Product Designer

Design end-to-end user experiences for borrower-facing flows and translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent is preserved through development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across borrower-facing flows
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope, constraints, and implementation details
• Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent is preserved through development handoff
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input to iterate on designs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of product design experience delivering end-to-end user experiences for digital products
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
• Experience delivering production-ready designs and collaborating with engineering teams through implementation
• Experience designing user flows for web or mobile applications, including multi-step workflows
