Senior Product Designer

You will lead the design of AI-powered payment experiences, bridging platform capabilities with user needs across web and conversational interfaces. You will partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end payment experiences across web interfaces and conversational AI agents, ensuring consistency and clarity across interaction modes
- Translate complex payment workflows into intuitive user experiences that handle edge cases and error states effectively
- Define and evolve interaction patterns for conversational interfaces, including dialogue flows, fallback behaviors, and multi-step task completion
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape product direction, scope solutions, and deliver high-impact user outcomes
- Use data and experimentation to iterate on designs and improve key metrics such as payment success and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of product design experience delivering end-to-end user experiences for digital products
- Experience designing conversational, chat-based, or AI-assisted user interfaces
- Experience designing complex workflows with branching logic, edge cases, and error handling
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools for interactive or conversational flows
