You will own the end-to-end design for core product surfaces, including CLI, web, desktop, and IDE integrations. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex autonomous agent behaviors into intuitive and trustworthy user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for core product surfaces
- Translate complex agentic behaviors into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Establish and evolve Factory's design system for consistency across all product surfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing with enterprise engineering teams
- Collaborate directly with engineers and PMs to ship at high velocity
Requirements
- 4+ years product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Expert in Figma
- Mastery of design systems and component-driven workflows
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills
- Ability to work with engineers and understand technical constraints
