You will lead the design of commerce experiences, including checkout flows and payment systems, while conducting research to optimize user conversion. You will also collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to iterate on features from discovery through launch.

- Design – Lead the evolution of our commerce experiences, including checkout flows, payment systems, and fraud prevention
- Empathize – Dig deep with research to uncover what users really need and help answer, 'What should we build?'
- Advocate – Speak up for the user while keeping business goals in mind
- Commit – Own your work from idea to launch
- Optimize – Try, learn, repeat
- Communicate – Keep everyone in the loop
- Evaluate – Check what’s working (and what’s not)
Requirements
- 2+ years shipping product design work on a team
- Solid visual design fundamentals: consistency, color, typography, responsive layouts
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering
- Comfort working within existing design systems
- Hypothesis-driven curiosity
- Excellent English skills
- A portfolio with real case studies
