Senior Product Designer (Advanced English)

Design and structure consistent experiences across complex flows and systems while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Facilitate workshops, conduct user research, and advocate for design excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and structure consistent experiences across complex flows, multiple teams, and domains within shared products and systems
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to organize complex user journeys, define usage rules, and ensure coherence across solutions used by multiple users or internal teams
- Create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, information architecture documentation, prototypes, and design systems
- Facilitate workshops and contribute to strategic design decisions at the portfolio level
- Apply research methods such as contextual analysis, moderated interviews, and user testing to inform design direction
- Regularly assess and communicate project scope, risks, and updates to stakeholders
- Balance client and Thoughtworker expectations by clearly communicating experience design deliverables
- Support less-experienced designers and extend your expertise across the team
- Advocate for experience design within and beyond Thoughtworks through conferences, webinars, meetups, and community contributions
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B, SaaS, or internal systems products
- Strong information architecture skills and a proven ability to structure and simplify complex user flows
- Hands-on experience collaborating directly with engineering teams throughout the product development cycle
- Comfortable leading and advising research activities, employing methods such as contextual inquiry, moderated interviews, and user testing
- Experienced storyteller, able to clearly present research findings and design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced English level
