- Design and structure consistent experiences across complex flows and multiple teams
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to organize complex user journeys
- Create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, and design systems
- Facilitate workshops and contribute to strategic design decisions
- Apply research methods to inform design direction
- Balance client and Thoughtworker expectations
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B, SaaS, or internal systems products
- Strong information architecture skills
- Hands-on experience collaborating directly with engineering teams
- Experience leading and advising research activities
- Inspiring, structured approach to design
