The Senior Product Designer will maintain and cultivate design systems while crafting intuitive user journeys through motion and micro-interactions. They will also partner with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure design intent is technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate design systems that prioritize storytelling
- Craft intuitive user journeys using motion, micro-interactions, and clear content hierarchies
- Partner across disciplines with internal teams and clients
- Help articulate design visions with clarity
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences
- Prototype interactive experiences
- Collaborate with project leads to deliver exceptional designs
Requirements
- 5+ years in a high-tier creative agency or product environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of both rigorous systems thinking and high-impact visual craft
- Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in emerging generative tools
- Robust understanding of front-end programming and modern frameworks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
