Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer creates visual representations for print and digital mediums while maintaining brand guidelines across all creative materials. They are responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to production while collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team.

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and restrictions
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest degree of quality
• Provides seamless transition of artistic vision from concept to realized product
• Builds technically accurate files according to departmental standards and supplied specifications
• Maintain existing brand guidelines across all creative and graphic materials and contribute to further development of a “best-in-class” organizational brand identity

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience performing design functions with a strong demonstrative portfolio or body of work
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design/Digital Design, Visual Communication, Media, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.
• Strong sense of trend spotting across all facets of visual communication on a global scale
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others both in-person and across other locations via remote communications
