Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will produce a high volume of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. They will collaborate with the marketing team and agents to create custom graphics and prepare files for both print and digital distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a high volume of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, postcards, email campaigns, social media assets, and advertising
• Adapt and version existing templates quickly and accurately across multiple formats and channels
• Create custom graphics and branding elements for individual agents and teams within established brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, with strong attention to detail
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution, understanding technical specifications and best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with the marketing team and respond to agent requests in a timely, professional manner
• Contribute ideas and solutions while maintaining a team-first approach

Requirements

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience in a marketing, in-house, or production environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of template building in Canva, and email CRM
• Solid understanding of print production and digital asset preparation
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
