The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing high-quality, brand-aligned creative solutions across digital and physical channels. They will collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce compelling visual storytelling, including pitch decks and executive-facing content.
Responsibilities
- Execute design solutions across digital and physical channels
- Develop polished corporate and project presentation materials, including pitch decks and executive-facing content
- Contribute to elevating Marcon's visual identity while supporting marketing effectiveness through thoughtful, well-executed design
- Work closely with Marketing, Development, and Sales teams to bring projects to life through compelling visual storytelling
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and corporate presentation design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication in a B2B environment
- Experience designing for web, email, and social media platforms
