The Senior UX Designer will conduct primary user research and collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to design intuitive workflows for the platform. They will define UX principles and leverage AI tools to prototype and build scalable, high-quality digital experiences for healthcare providers.

- Develop a deep understanding of user journeys, jobs to be done, and pain points
- Evolve and define UX principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure feedback from the right people
- Create a culture of innovation, pushing back on preconceived notions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product/UX design experience
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows in software products
- Experience working on pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), or related healthcare SaaS software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and critical thinking
- Extreme proficiency in design tools, with hands-on experience of how AI can enhance user experiences
