The UX Designer will conduct primary research with end users and collaborate with product, clinical, and engineering teams to improve platform workflows. They are responsible for defining UX principles and utilizing AI-native tools to prototype and build intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of clinical team members' user journeys, the jobs to be done, and the pain points that can be improved
- Continue to evolve and define UX principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate across the entire organization to ensure getting the best feedback from the right people
- Be a builder at heart with technical depth, understanding how a feature is built in the codebase with the help of AI
- Prototype quickly and effectively to get to feedback earlier
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional product/UX design experience, working closely with engineering teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows in software products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and critical thinking within complex systems and ambiguous problem spaces
- Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with hands-on experience of how AI can enhance user experiences, automate workflows, and reshape how products are built
- Extreme proficiency in Claude Code or similar, with the ability to produce implementation-ready designs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
