The UX Designer will collaborate with marketing and product managers to create high-performing web pages and optimize the user experience for laboratory products. Responsibilities include designing new web templates, monitoring web performance data, and translating stakeholder feedback into actionable web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with marketing campaign and product managers to turn product and application content into high-performing web pages
- Craft and maintain an outstanding user experience throughout campaign web areas utilizing your expertise in web UX web principles and best practices
- Monitor web performance by user behavior data and translate insights into actionable tasks
- Own individual web goals and provide creative solutions as needed
- Solicit and translate stakeholder feedback into best-in-class solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design, computer science and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience building and managing web content using a web content management system (WCMS)
- 1+ year experience using analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar to monitor web performance
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the use of design principles and best practices such as layout balance, visual hierarchy, and presenting the right information at the right time
- Demonstrable experience using UX/UI tools such as discovery research, sketches, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups (bonus for prototyping experience)
