Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for the platform, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and maintain the design system for consistency.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design specifications
- User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business objectives
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain Filevine's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience designing complex workflows
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), understanding of design systems, and familiarity with front-end development principles
