Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

The Junior Graphic Designer will create and layout marketing materials such as brochures, email blasts, and presentations to support property listings. They will also format research data into compelling visual graphics and collaborate with the marketing team to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials
- Format research-based data and create graphics
- Work closely with Senior Designer and Marketing Lead to meet deadlines
- Translate creative strategy into creative direction
- Stay in front of design and marketing trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, or Marketing
- Minimum 1-2 graphic design classes or relevant work experience
- Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Social media strategy and content creation experience a plus
